From Hwy 1 (Trans-Canada Hwy), take Hwy 21 north to Township Road 263. Turn right (east) on Hwy 263. Rockyford is at the intersection of Hwy 263 and Range Road 233. From Main Street, Rockyford (where you will find three important Brokeback buildings), walk approximately two blocks northeast on 1st Avenue E to the rodeo grounds. See:

Remarks:
Jack almost starved rodeoin’ in little towns such as Electra. The filmmakers used a wooden fence and different camera angles to disguise the fact that this is also the site of the Childress rodeo, where Jack’s overtures were more warmly received.
