Please note: These videos require the Windows Media Video V7 codec and the Windows Media Audio 9 codec. If your browser is Internet Explorer 8.x, or Firefox 6.x, and you are using default file settings, they should open and play within Windows Media Player. If a video does not open automatically, or play normally within your browser, you may be able to play it by first downloading the video to a folder of your choice, and then clicking on it; if after doing so you are still unable to play a video, please send us an email and include Video Problem in the subject line.
