HISTORY
  - The Village of Rockyford was first settled in 1913 and takes its name from a "rocky" ford that crossed Serviceberry Creek a half mile south of the village. More information about the history can be obtained from the Rockyford History Book called "Where We Crossed the Creek and Settled."
