Signal Butte is on the north side of US-16, 24.8 miles east of Worland (1.45 miles west of Ten Sleep).

Remarks:
Signal Butte is a colorful escarpment just west of the village of Ten Sleep. Although its claim to Brokeback status is limited to its very familiar name, Signal Butte is a striking formation in a state that is brimming with striking land formations.
